TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AIR TRANSPORTATION
Air transportation, in First or Business class on IATA carriers, is based on lowest promotional airfares and subject to the terms and conditions set by the airlines. Airfares quoted are those in effect at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Changes in flight itineraries by the passenger after the issuance of tickets may result in increased airfare. When an airline has sold out its promotional air space quoted in the package, a different booking code with a higher rate will be applied at an additional cost. Airlines reserve the right to change schedules without notice. Under the package stated herein, the airline is a supplier of air transportation only. The other suppliers providing transportation and hotel accommodation are independent contractors and are not employees of the airline.
HOW TO BOOK
Call your Travel Agent or Corporate Travel Specialists at 877-485-2929/800-275-8001. No bookings are allowed within 7 days of departure. These programs can only be booked and purchased in the USA in US dollars.
PACKAGE PRICES
All package prices are per person per room based on single or double occupancy. They include round-trip air transportation from New York to Mumbai/Delhi in First or Business class (excluding taxes, and fuel surcharge), three consecutive nights' accommodation at a five star hotel in Delhi or Mumbai, airport to hotel transfers by chauffer driven cars, and daily breakfast. Package prices will vary based on seasonality, the type of hotel, and the customer's itinerary. Extra nights, additional hotels, and room upgrades (if available) may be booked at additional fees. Prices are valid effective November 2009, the time of print.
CHANGES
Once air tickets and hotel documents have been issued, changes may be made to flights and hotel accommodation for a fee of $500.00 per person per change. Changes may not be made for a stay of less than 3 days. If you wish to return in fewer than 3 days, you will have to upgrade your entire ticket to an unrestricted fare in the travel class of your choice. Change fees are non-refundable. Change fees will also vary with the airline of your choice. Please check with your travel agent for further details.
CANCELLATIONS
Penalties apply to any bookings cancelled after all travel arrangements are confirmed, payments are received, and air tickets have been issued. The amount of the penalty depends on when you cancel and the airline you choose. Please consult with your travel agent for more detailed information at the time of booking. For the maximum refund, please call us as soon as you decide to cancel the package. Cancellation penalties do not apply in the event of death or hospitalization of the passenger as substantiated by a hospitalization certificate or records to the satisfaction of Corporate Travel Specialists, 9719 South Dixie Highway, Suite 15, Pinecrest, FL 33156. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Travel Specialists acts as an agent in making and securing all arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, and airport transfers. Corporate Travel Specialists does not own, manage, control, or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, or any other supplier of services. By accepting the tickets and vouchers, you (and your parents or guardian, if you are a minor) agree that neither Corporate Travel Specialists nor any of its representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings, or in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services resulting directly or indirectly from: (1) the acts of omission of any person or firm other than Corporate Travel Specialists or its employees. (2) theft, mechanical breakdowns, governmental action, political unrest, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, war weather, acts of God or other factors and courses beyond our control. (3) acts of vandalism, air/land or sea piracy, burglaries, accidents, injuries, assaults or any physical harm to your property/person: (4) your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling: (5) your failure to obtain required documentation including passports, visa and health certificates, where required, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund. All accommodations, services and facilities, are subject to the law and customs of host countries. Corporate Travel Specialists reserves the right to make necessary changes in itinerary or services, to substitute airline, or accommodations, or to cancel any components of this program at its own discretion, in which case the sole liability of Corporate Travel Specialists shall be a refund of fees paid.
